The Parachute® type library reflects the works of several talented designers as well as creatives around the world obsessed with type. They all come from diverse fields and have devoted long hours of work to the detailed and painstaking process of designing letterforms. Over the years they have created everything from contemporary text faces to cutting-edge display types. Babis Touglis is an award-winning designer. He studied graphic design at the National Design School (TEI) /Athens and graduated in 1995. Since 2005, he is a member of the Graphic Designers Association of Greece.Before opening his own studio, he worked for the national newspaper «BHMA» and the advertising agency «Karamella». In 2001 he opened up the «The Zyme» studio with 2 other designers. He has collected several national and international awards including 7 EVGE Awards and 2 Ermis Awards. He participated with his works in several art exhibitions for Amnesty International and the ED Awards.Babis specializes in web design which is one of the reasons he designed several pixel fonts. PFUniform, PFPixelscript, PFBasic and PFAlfaPix are his first designs for Parachute which include Latin, Greek and Cyrillic scripts.
